Upon entering the building, you are required to wear a face mask, use hand sanitizer, and have your temperature checked. Please limit the number of surfaces you touch and avoid touching your face. Visitors are not allowed to accompany you into the building unless the person is a necessary caregiver or legal decision maker. Your escort will need to drop you off and come back to pick you up. You need to provide the phone number of the person you’d like us to call after your surgery.
